  1. 3.1 License:Swamy Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Trust Management System Software for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
  2. 3.2 Prohibited Use:You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, or that may harm or threaten the security of the Service.

4. USER CONTENT

  1. 4.1 Ownership:Any content you submit, upload, or display while using the Service ("User Content") remains your property. However, by providing User Content, you grant Swamy Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and publish such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  2. 4.2 Prohibited Content:You may not submit, upload, or display User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Swamy Digital reserves the right to remove any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT

  2. 5.2 Payment Methods:Payments are processed through NEFT. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

  2. 6.2 Termination by Swamy Digital:Swamy Digital reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Swamy Digital.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swamy Digital and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

Swamy Digital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be available on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
